Monday evenings from 6:45pm - 7:45pm,
with Regina Ko, Certified Yoga Instructor
11 classes at $120.00 + hst

$16 +hst per class on a drop-in basis (if space available)
Students may join late in the session if space is available; the cost will be pro-rated. There will be no refunds after the first class. A make-up class is usually scheduled at the end of the program. Mats, exercise balls, towels and therabands are supplied for use. Beginner and intermediate can be accommodated in the same class.
The classes will run with a minimum of 4 students and are limited to 10 students to provide an optimum level of instruction.

Yoga Everyone can enjoy and benefit from Yoga. It is an ancient Indian practice that blends breath work, body movement, stretching, meditation, chanting and the science of sequence to promote self-healing, inspiration, and transformation. The word Yoga means "union" and in the Indian tradition, the merging of individual consciousness with universal consciousness creates a divine union. Yoga combines physical postures with breathing and relaxation techniques that train us to release tension in our bodies and minds. With regular practice, Yoga reduces stress, improves breathing and flexibility, increases stength, and improves circulation and posture. Join us now!
