Marina Loboda | Marina is a skilled Massage Therapist with more than 15 years experience. She moved to Canada from Moldova and graduated from the ICT Kikkawa College in 2008. The techniques Marina use include Swedish, Reflexology, Myofascial techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Remedial Treatment and Relaxation Therapy. Marian especially enjoys treating pre and Post natal clients. Striving to heal with massage therapy, Marina finds the best way to help her clients using the different techniques she has acquired over her 15 year career. At Gensis since May, 2011 |

| Michelle is Back! Back in 2002 Michelle left the corporate world to pursue her passion. This passion lead her to graduation from ITC Kikkawa College and she became a registered Massage Therapist in 2004. She has been involved in athletics and fitness for most of her life. It was this experience that motivated her to study massage Therapy. Michelle has worked in a variety of settings and has now re-joined Genesis. Michelle has been described as having very strong hands and a knack for finding all of the spots, even ones patients didn't know they had! Her touch is gently but firm and she seems to have a way of getting deep into soft tissues while taking care not to create any great discomfort. Michelle specializes in the relief of acute or chronic pain due to repetitive stress injuries, postural/muscular imbalances, sports injuries, whiplash injuries, TMJ discomfort, prenatal massage, headaches and general tension. Each treatment is followed with re-educating clients on correct posture, nutrition, stretching and strengthening muscles that may have been weakened or injured. | Melanie has come from an artistic background with a degree in visual arts and she has a passion for life. Recently, and while her child was still quite young, she decided to compliment her degree with a Massage Therapy Education. Graduating in 2009 from Everest College, Melanie utilizes techniques and skills, including Swedish, trigger point, joint mobilization, pregnancy and manual lymphatic drainage. Melanie looks at massage therapy with a new outlook, even though it is an ancient art. Melanie strives to learn new and exciting, effective methods to treat her clients and likes to ensure that the treatments are peaceful and fulfilling. |
| Edward has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1999 and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy. In his 10 years of experience, he has had great success in treating many forms of repetitive strain injuries. Understanding that no two people will benefit from the same regime, Edward does an in-depth assessment to determine what the soft tisse problem might be. He then tailors his treatments to each person's specific needs. From Deep Tissue techniques to gentle treatments, he specializes in neck and shoulder problems. From Whiplash injuries to common headaches and of course, all type of muscle disfunctions, including low back pain, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, tendinitis, tmj, arthritis and more, Edward has the skill set to provide relief and improve recovery times. |
 Boazhu (Rosemary) Teng RMT | Rosemary graduated from Everest College in Mississauga in 2008. She specializes in Chinese Massage, Swedish Massage, deep tissue techniques, relaxation treatments, therapeutic massage, and trigger point release techniques. Rosemary uses her experience to always combine these techniques and find the best treatment for her clients. She believes that massage therapy is beneficial to prevent injury, promote wellness and help maintain tissue health. She is fluent in English and Chinese. Tuesdays, Thursdays 10:00 - 8:00pm |
 Yana Zhurba RMT | Yana has been in a practice since 1998 in Siberia (Russia) and from her experience, she believes that the best result of a treatment can be achieved in the harmony of mind and body. She graduated from the ICT Kikkawa College with honours and the highest overall grade average in the 2007 class. Yana's skill set includes Relaxation and Deep Tissue therapeutic massage, Suikodo, Thai Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Breast Massage, Sport Massage, Myofascial Trigger Points Therapy, Myofascial Stretching Techniques, Reiki Energy Work, Hot Stone Massage, Joint Mobilization Techniques and Hydrotherapy. |
| Agata graduated from Kikkawa College in 2001 and has worked professionally in a variety of situations and clinics. She specializes in deep therapeutic massage techniques that focus on the cause of the pain (primarily musculoskeletal dysfunction), not just the effects. She has also successfully completed 2 courses in NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy) and does Pregnancy and Hot Stone Massage. |
 Rob Macauley | Rob has been practicing as a Shiatsu Therapist since 1993 and received his RMT in 1998. Clients who enjoy deep pressure treatments and Shiatsu will benefit from Rob's techniques. Mira Todosijevic | Mira Todosijevic, PT, MCPA has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of injuries, including back and neck pain, joint pain, and sport injuries. As well, she treats patients in post-surgical and neurological rehabilitation. Mira has completed numerous post-graduate courses and she is devoted to continuously working on further upgrading her skills. She uses various treatment techniques including Manual Therapy and Exercise, the McKenzie Treatment method, muscle energy and Osteopathic techniques, modalities, assessment of environmental factors and lifestyle and education in order to maximize the outcome of her treatments and assist her patients in reducing pain, restoring function, achieving full potential recovery in the most efficient way. Dr. Faryal Luhar is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She pursued this field of study after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors as well as the Canadian Naturopathic Association. Naturopathic medicine is a unique and comprehensive method of improving health and treating illness. It combines the art of sciences of disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention using natural therapies and gentle techniques. Dr. Luhar employs various modalities to treat her patients, ranging from clinical nutrition and supplementation, botanical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, homeotherapy, mesotherapy, soft tissue body work, reflexology, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle counselling. She is also certified in parenteral therapy where relatively high doeses of vitamins, minerals, homeopathics and botanicals are administered intravenously in the treatment of variou pain disorders, cancers, cardiovascular conditions and for general anti-aging protocols. Originally born and raised in Kenya and being of East Indian descent, Faryal speaks languages other than English. These include her mother tongue Cutchchi, Hindi and basic Kiswahili. She is also communicates in French and Spanish. Dr. Luhar continues to be a life-long learner with a special interest in women's health, pain management and cancer care. She attends seminars and workshops regularly in order to provide her patients with the most up-to-date and optimal health care. Steve Quinn | Steve first discovered the beauty of Yoga at the Still Point Yoga Retreat Centre. For 7 years he has enjoyed attend Still Point's Silent Yoga Fast. In September, 2006 he decided to complement his Yoga practice through their Yoga Teacher's training program. Steve received his Yoga Teacher's Certificate in August 2007 and is looking forward to working with his future Yoga students. He enjoys many flavours of Yoga including Ashtanga, Kripalu, Yin, Kundalini, and Moksha. For Steve, the greatest benefit of Yoga is the stillness of the mind and the reconnection with all living things. Join Steve Wednesday evenings from 6:45 to 7:45pm. |

| Deborah is a certified Ballroom-Latin member in good standing with the Canadian Dance Teachers Association. She teaches Latin, Ballroom, Tango and Belly Dancing. She believes everyone can learn to dance...they just need the desire. Dancing is about self expression, and should be fun! |

| After 22 years in Corporate Sales and Sales Management with companies such as Hewlett Packard, IBM and GE Medical Systems, Silvio has taken an entrepreneurial turn to envision and build Genesis, a Therapy Centre with a twist. His vision for Genesis revolves around providing a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for therapeutic massage and physical therapy services, while offering additional fitness related services that promote wellness and an improved quality of life. Silvio has contributed to the community through his long-time involvement as a Coach and Director with the Erin Mills Soccer League and the Mississauga Basketball Association and invites you to visit him at Genesis for a personal tour of the facility. |
